As a Project Lead, you''ll play a pivotal role in coordinating a dedicated on-site team to deliver high-quality support that promotes mental wellness, reduces reoffending, and empowers individuals to thrive. You''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the project, from admissions and risk management to leading team performance and developing partnerships.
