Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Blantyre 
Hours: 10:00 - 14:00 4 Days 
Salary: £13.45 per hour PAYE 
We are looking for a confident and organised Administrator to join our busy team. This is a varied role that combines administration, payroll support and recruitment resourcing, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and building relationships with people.
Responsibilities:

• Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines
• Managing candidate records and ensuring all documentation is compliant and up to date
• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies
• Posting adverts across job boards and social media platforms
• Conducting outbound calls to attract and engage potential candidates
• Liaising with clients to discuss vacancies, candidate availability and recruitment requirements
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate onboarding
• General administration duties including data entry, inbox management and filing
• Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a recruitment or office environment
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence in making outbound calls and building rapport with candidates and clients
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy environment
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, positive and professional approach to work
