Responsibilities:Responsible for full PandL period end close, analysis and overview as well as supporting the Finance DirectorResponsible for period end accounting close for smaller entityVariance analysis of actual results against forecastCommercial AccountingValuation and appraisal of new acquisition opportunitiesFinancial Planning, Reporting and AnalysisPreparation of forecasts and 3 year rolling forecastsLiaising with Commercial and non-finance key stakeholders to ensure all relevant information is collectedPeriodic cash-flow forecastingAd-hoc project work Requirements:Qualified accountant ACA, CIMA, ACCA or Finalist levelExcellent communication skills.
