This is a critical role ensuring the safety and security of a monitored estate during night hours. You''ll be responsible for responding to alarm activations, supporting night shift colleagues, and maintaining accurate records.Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to alarm activations across the SCC-monitored estate. Provide operational support to night shift colleagues. Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports. Perform basic security activities, including access control and CCTV monitoring. Escalate incidents in line with SCC protocols. Liaise with emergency services and site contacts when required. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including first aid response.Essential Requirements: Valid SIA Licence. First Aid trained and confident in responding to medical incidents. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
