You ll help coordinate production schedules, monitor progress and ensure materials are available to keep orders moving and customer deadlines on track. The Role Monitor production schedules and track orders to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Monitor stock levels and help manage inventory effectively. Update production plans in response to changing priorities and requirements. Maintain accurate production records, reports and documentation. Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and work with colleagues to resolve issues. Liaise with manufacturing, quality and design teams to support efficient production. Monitor progress against delivery targets and communicate any issues.
