Suitable for an experienced FE educator or a qualified electrician transitioning off the tools.Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching and Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging electrical installation theory and workshop sessions across student ability levels. Lead designated courses to drive retention and pass rates.Assessment and Support: Assess coursework and practical tasks, offering constructive feedback. Provide academic guidance and use performance data for student interventions.Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe classroom and workshop environment following Health and Safety legislation. Uphold safeguarding, Prevent, and equality standards.Person SpecificationQualifications: Occupational qualification/degree in Electrical Installation + GCSE Maths/English (A -C / 9-4).Experience: FE teaching background OR recent industrial trade experience.
