PPA Cover Teacher job in KS1, part-time Your new company Hays Education are currently working in partnership with a primary school in South Gloucestershire to recruit a PPA teacher for 3 days a week starting in Term 5. You will be covering PPA and subject leader time across Years 1 - Year 6. The school is welcoming applications from experienced teachers and ECTS. This school is located in BS34 and is alongside a public bus route with a car park on site too.Your new role In the role of a PPA Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for covering when the class teacher takes time away to plan and prepare future lessons. You will be expected to deliver the lessons left by the class teacher and ensure pupils are still fully engaged in the work and reaching their potential. It is key to have good communication roles and being able to build relationships quickly with both staff and pupils.
