This opportunity would suit an Employment Solicitor with around five years'' PQE or more, who is looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, with a particular focus on executive exits and claimant employment litigation, while also supporting the wider Company and Commercial team under the supervision of a Partner. Experience in respondent litigation or advising employers on non-contentious employment matters would be advantageous. The firm operates a hybrid working model, with a combination of office and home working available following successful completion of the probationary period.
