Key Responsibilities: Managing property listings and client inquiries. Arranging and conducting property viewings. Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth transactions. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships. Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and business growth. Requirements: Estate agency experience is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. A passion for providing excellent customer service. What We Offer: Competitive base salary of £28,000 plus commission. A structured Monday to Friday schedule with one Saturday per month.
