The Role As Head of Operations, you''ll have both strategic and operational responsibility across the full spectrum of housing services: Rent collection, tenancy management and enforcement Estate management Anti-social behaviour management Resident engagement and communications Complaints handling Day-to-day repairs, major works, and compliance Contract and void management Tenancy audits You''ll join our Senior Management Team, working closely with the Chief Executive to shape strategy and deliver on our objectives.
