Flexibility on shift start times, as shifts could start any time through the day Saturday and Sunday Trunking work from Willenhall, to Crewe, Stoke, or Newark, additional depots could be added to manifest. May be some waiting around. No handball involved, only making sure load is secure and pulling curtains on trailer.
