The Executive Cost Consultant will support the cost management function across a portfolio of residential, commercial, education, mixed-use and heritage projects. This is a key role for a cost professional looking to take the lead on high-profile developments and provide commercial expertise across the project lifecycle. The Executive Cost Consultant will work directly with clients and contractors to ensure project targets are met. You will lead pre and post-contract delivery, develop and monitor cost plans, and support junior team members across a range of UK-based schemes.
