Finance Business Partner
Contract Length: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: -500 a day via umbrella (Inside IR35)
Location: Bristol/East Midlands/Warwick - Hybrid arrangement 2 days on site

This is a genuine business partnering role where you''ll work closely with senior operational leaders, influence key investment decisions, and help shape the financial performance of a major business area.

You''ll inherit significant responsibility across operational and capital budgets while helping improve forecasting, reporting and decision-making. The environment is fast-paced, highly visible, and ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and driving improvements.

What You''ll Do

• Partner senior operational stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities.
• Provide commercial challenge and financial insight to support decision making.
• Support investment appraisal, prioritisation and business case development.
• Monitor performance against key financial and operational measures.
• Identify risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives.
• Present financial performance updates to both finance and non-finance audiences.
• Drive improvements in reporting, governance and financial controls.

What We''re Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Senior Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager or similar.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and planning experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting operational or commercial leaders.
• Ability to work independently and quickly build credibility.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
