Working on a rotating 3-shift pattern, you will play a critical part in minimizing downtime, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring our continuous manufacturing operations run safely and at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities Preventative and Reactive Maintenance: Perform routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and rapid breakdown repairs on automated manufacturing equipment, machinery, and site infrastructure across all shifts. Electrical Maintenance: Diagnose, fault-find, and repair electrical systems, components, motors, drives, control panels, and PLCs.
