This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation near Maidenhead as Events Sales Manager. You will lead a small and experienced team, taking responsibility for achieving agreed sales results while ensuring every client receives an exceptional and highly personal service. Salary circa £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme. This is a full-time role based near Maidenhead, with occasional evening and weekend work required. The position combines team leadership, client management and commercial oversight. Strong B2C sales experience is essential, ideally gained within hospitality, travel, events or another premium consumer environment. You will provide day-to-day guidance to the team, review sales performance and future demand, contribute to pricing and planning discussions and personally manage a selection of client relationships.
