The individual will lead in the delivery of regional events, youth support groups, transition programme and outreach services for young people living with congenital heart disease. You will have the opportunity to work on your own initiative but will be working in partnership with a Youth Support Officer and supported by a manager and enthusiastic volunteers to deliver and develop the charity''s engagement support services.
