We''re recruiting for an immediately available Contract Mechanical Design Engineer to support a specialist engineering team working on pressure vessels, autoclaves and associated industrial equipment. Contract Mechanical Design Engineer - Key responsibilities - Pressure Vessel, ASME, Autoclaves, High-pressure Plant Equipment Design and develop pressure systems and related mechanical equipment Produce 3D CAD models, fabrication drawings, BOMs and specifications Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g. PD5500, ASME VIII, EN) Liaise with suppliers/fabricators and support technical queries through manufacture Contract Mechanical Design Engineer - Key requirements - Pressure Vessel, ASME, Autoclaves, High-pressure Plant Equipment Mechanical design experience in pressure vessels, autoclaves or high-pressure plant equipment Strong 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks / Inventor or similar) Good knowledge of fabrication, materials, tolerances and design for manufacture Able to start nigh-on immediately Contract Mechanical Design Engineer, Pressure Vessel, ASME, Autoclaves, High-pressure Plant Equipment If this could appeal please do apply now!
