The Role

As Store Manager, you''ll take ownership of the store, developing your team and delivering excellent customer service alongside strong commercial results.

You''ll be a visible, hands-on leader who creates an environment where colleagues feel supported, customers feel valued and everyone understands what great service looks like.

What We''re Looking For

You''ll currently be working as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion, lifestyle or another customer-focused retail environment, with experience of leading a team and contributing to store performance.

You''ll bring:

• Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

• Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for developing people.

• A customer-first mindset and a commitment to excellent service.

• Commercial awareness and experience of driving sales and achieving targets.

• Confidence using KPIs to understand performance and improve results.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
