The Role Provide first-line remote technical support. Diagnose and resolve technical and equipment faults. Guide customers through troubleshooting and maintenance. Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Escalate complex issues to field engineers and technical specialists. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring safety at all times. About You Level 3 qualification in Electronics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar. 2+ years'' experience in technical support or field service. Strong electromechanical and IT troubleshooting skills. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. Confident explaining technical information to customers.
