We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Senior Billing Specialist. This is a new role in their London office, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting both the London and US billing teams with end-to-end billing processes. Responsibilities will include: Processing client bills via Aderant. Answering billing questions and resolving queries, WIP management, and adjustments. Reviewing pre-bills, generating invoices, and encouraging cyclical processes. Chasing unbilled accounts ensuring functions are completed on time. Troubleshooting policy and client issues. Submitting e-invoices. Creating ad-hoc reports. Mentoring other members in the billing team. Applying UK VAT regulations to invoices; performing VAT checks on domestic and international matters. Ensuring billing activities are compliant with SRA Accounts Rules. Reviewing client matter balances. Preparing and processing multi-currency and complex billing. Processing credit notes and invoice amendments.
