With steady growth and multiple offices, they have built a strong regional presence, supporting clients from private individuals to major corporations across both commercial and residential sectors.In this role, you will undertake detailed inspections and prepare comprehensive dilapidation reports across commercial properties, using Leica equipment to capture and process your own data. You will liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal representatives to provide clear, evidence-based advice, negotiate fair settlements, and ensure compliance with RICS standards and current legislation. Covering a patch across Devon, Somerset, Dorset, and Wiltshire, this role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30.This role would suit an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with experience in dilapida
