This International and Top50 Legal500 firm is looking to strengthen its team. This specialist team is recognised for its expertise in residential leasehold management, enfranchisement, Right to Manage and building safety matters, advising a broad range of landlords, developers, housing providers, management companies and managing agents. Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of instructions, the team is looking to appoint an experienced lawyer to play a key role in its ongoing development. The Role You will advise on a broad range of residential property disputes matters including: Residential leasehold management disputes Service charge disputes Enfranchisement claims Right to Manage matters Forfeiture and possession proceedings Building Safety Act and remediation issues Residential landlord and tenant disputes Estate management disputes Rights of way, restrictive covenants and adverse possession matters The team advises a diverse client base across the private, public and social housing sectors and is widely recognised as a market leader in this specialist area.
