HR OfficerTemporary (3 months), Full-timeLocation: Salisbury, Office BasedSalary: £15 - £17 per hourOur client is seeking a HR Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months. This full-time role requires the successful candidate to work in our Salisbury office from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.Day-to-day of the role:Act as the first point of contact for the People Team, providing excellent customer service.Manage diaries for the People Team.Take notes and write minutes during meetings, including drafting follow-up letters and communications.Write letters for various HR matters using provided templates, such as flexible working requests and contract amendments.Ensure high levels of detail and accuracy in all communications and documentation.Quickly learn and effectively use new processes and HR systems (full training will be provided).Required Skills and Qualifications:CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant HR experience.Previous experience using HR systems is desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven customer service experience.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.A valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.A strong eye for detail and accuracy.To apply for this position, please submit your CV detailing your relevant experience.
