Key responsibilities include: Managing and delivering core professional services: Dilapidations Party Wall matters Building Pathology Landlord and Tenant advice Schedules of Condition Technical report writing Undertaking inspections, surveys, and feasibility assessments Preparing specifications, tender documentation, and overseeing project delivery Providing expert technical guidance to clients across multiple sectors Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors Ensuring high quality, compliant, and client focused service delivery About You You ll be a confident, technically strong Building Surveyor who enjoys working across a varied workload
