Payroll Business Partner Job Type: Full-time Length of role: Initial 3 months Hourly rate: £14.21 per hour Location: Warrington We are seeking a Payroll Business Partner to join our busy yet friendly Payroll team within the Corporate Services HR and OD department. This role is crucial for providing additional capacity across a range of day-to-day payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be adept at processing employee changes within SAP, including amendments to hours, contract extensions, starters, leavers, and other payroll-related updates. Day-to-day of the role: Process employee changes within SAP, including amendments to hours, contract extensions, starters, and leavers. Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of processes within Employee Services. Provide advice as an expert on HMRC and PAYE matters. Build and maintain successful internal and external relationships, including with HMRC and Pension Funds. Produce Written Statement of Particulars and variation letters in line with Employment Law. Assist with the training of new and junior colleagues and ensure a prompt response to manager/employee queries.
