Fulfilment Centre Manager 50,000 - 55,000 plus package ( Central London ) Job Overview A fast-growing convenience retail and logistics business is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Centre Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume site. This role is responsible for operational performance, inventory control, cost management, and team leadership, ensuring efficient order fulfilment and excellent customer service. You will have full accountability for site performance, including profit and loss, stock integrity, safety compliance, and staff development. Working closely with senior operations leaders, you will implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and build a strong, engaged frontline team.
