Our client is looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a prestigious commercial site in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established building services provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions across London''s commercial sector.

Working as part of a dedicated on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across a range of electrical building services systems. The role offers long-term stability, opportunities for further training, and clear routes for career progression.

Duties:

• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Maintenance of single and three-phase power systems
• Motors, pumps, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• Basic BMS operation and monitoring
• Safe isolation of plant and equipment
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and site procedures
• Completing logbooks, RAMS and maintenance records
• Raising and closing work orders via PDA systems
• Supporting general building services maintenance where required

• Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Minimum 3 years'' experience within commercial building services maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
• Professional and client-facing approach
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Located within a commutable distance of the City of London

• £48,000 - £52,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• No call-out rota
