Location: Thanet, Kent Job Type: Full-Time - Monday to Thusday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 12:45pm Salary: £12.71 per hour The Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Thanet. This role involves supporting the production of high-quality electronic products through assembly, inspection, and manufacturing processes while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for following documented work instructions, maintaining excellent workmanship, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the production department. Key Responsibilities: Follow written instructions, technical documentation, and manufacturing procedures relating to the production of electronic products. Undertake assembly tasks and manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements. Participate in training across all areas of production, including assembly, testing, packing, and dispatch. Ensuring products meet required quality standards and specifications.
