Weandrsquo;re seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and surrounding areas. Youandrsquo;ll provide tailored support to pupils who need extra helpandmdash;working one-to-one, assisting small groups, and creating a calm, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.

Your Responsibilities

• Support pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
• Help children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the day
• Assist teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
• Create a safe, positive space where every child can thrive
• Adapt to different schools, age groups, and individual needs

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Confidence to work across different school settings
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
