Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 plus Car Allowance and Travel

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, an established construction company is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team.

Specialising across a variety of sectors, including Commercial, Residential and Cut & Carve, the business delivers high-quality projects valued up to £100m, offering an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex, high-value developments across Central London.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear and achievable progression path to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Role

• Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost reports and forecasts.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations and payments.
• Manage variations, change control and contractual matters.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Experience across commercial, residential or refurbishment projects would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
• Good knowledge of subcontractor procurement, valuations and final accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ambition to develop professionally and progress to Senior Quantity Surveyor.
