Job Details JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to start with a large Civils contractor based in Kent. Key Information for the Quantity Surveyor position: Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience Location Deal, Kent Start date around 18/08/25 Ongoing works Requirements and responsibilities : A qualified / experienced Intermediate level QS with at least 3-5 years industry experience spread over a mix of office and site duties. HND in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent construction related subject. Demonstrable commercial experience, preferably within the Civil Engineering / Groundworks sector. Good understanding of JCT and NEC contracts. Good communication and negotiation skills. With an already confirmed order book ahead of us, progression would be on the horizon for the right candidate. Provide commercial support for Civil Engineering and Groundworks packages. Understand contractual requirements of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
