Breakfast Supervisor/ Team Leader

to join our fabulous team.

Hours include- 6:30am-3pm / 7am -3pm - includes Weekends ( must be flexible for working days ) 40 hours per week

Oversee the breakfast service, ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience for all guestsLead the breakfast team and ensure the highest standards of food and serviceGreet and seat guestsCommunicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth food serviceHandle any guest queries or feedback promptly and professionallySet up and clear down the breakfast area to our standardsEnsure all hygiene, health and safety regulations are followedMonitor stock levels for breakfast items and assist with ordering when neededTrain and support breakfast team members, leading by example at all timesKeep the breakfast area clean, organised, and well presentedWork closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operationsAbout JW Lees:
