Product OwnerA global insurer operating in the London Market is seeking a Product Owner to support its International Specialty business as part of an ongoing digital transformation. You will play a key role in shaping digital priorities, translating business needs into product solutions, and working closely with stakeholders across underwriting, operations, claims, and finance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of product initiatives across the international businessTranslate business strategy into product roadmaps and outcomesEngage stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive alignmentOwn and prioritise the product backlog to maximise valueDevelop user stories and support agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe)Ensure solutions meet business needs and quality expectationsSupport change management and continuous improvementSkills and ExperienceExperience in a Product Owner or similar roleInsurance or financial services background preferredFamiliarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
