Control Systems Engineer PeterboroughThe section of the business you will be employed by, specialise in the design and supply of customer standard process control systems to the food industry. You will work as a lead engineer within the business who can offer excellent progression and development in an international organisation. These are varied projects across both machinery and projects implementing their machinery into businesses across the world. The Role Leading turnkey projects, including time, cost and quality responsibilitiesLeading other multi-disciplined engineers on your projectsCustomer interface regarding all project matters, including commercial aspectsProduction of necessary documentation (FDS, Manuals etc.)Design and coding of PLC/SCADA control system software (Rockwell, Siemens TIA, Intouch are preferred)Testing and Acceptance testing with CustomersInvolvement with commissioning of systems on siteModifications to hardware and panels on siteTraining of Customer personnelProvision of Customer support services, including 24/7 out of hours support Skills: Technical or vocational diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fieldProven experience delivering turnkey automation and controls projects with time, cost, and quality accountabilityStrong knowledge of PLC/SCADA control system software design and coding (preferably Rockwell and Siemens TIA)Familiarity with the food processing industry (highly advantageous)Strong communicatio
