This role is perfect for someone who needs flexibility around the school run or family commitments, while still wanting to play a key role inside a growing technical team. What you ll be doing:Handling incoming enquiries via phone and emailResponding to basic technical queries and helping diagnose simple installation issuesPreparing accurate technical quotations (training provided)Coordinating with internal engineering/project teams to ensure orders meet installation deadlinesProcessing orders, acknowledgements, and follow-up documentationManaging repairs/returns through the RA processChasing outstanding quotes and keeping on top of lead timesMaintaining daily and weekly reporting for orders, NCRs/CCRs, and customer updatesWhat we re looking for:Strong communication and customer service skillsHighly organised with great attention to detailComfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy technical environmentConfident using email, systems and general admin processesExperience in a similar positionHours: 20 per week, fully flexible around school hours.
