The Head of Facilities will oversee a portfolio of 10 offices across the UK and Ireland an play a pivotal role in ensuring that the operational provision across offices is efficient, cost-effective, and client-focused.This is a hybrid role which will require a presence in their London HQ with regular travel required to sites across the UK. Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Facilities will oversee an office portfolio of 10 sites across the UK and Ireland ensuring that a well maintained, safe and space-efficient workplace for all employees. You will be responsible for a small Facilities team as well as managing third party contractors to ensure high quality, world leading service delivery.Project manage office re-locations, refurbishments, new office fit-outs.Carrying out regular audits of standards/procedures within the key areas of facilities services to ensure that excellent service delivery is consistentBe responsible for standardising the key areas of facilities services across the firm and ensuring consistency across locations.Prepare annual budgets and exercise proper financial control in the management of such budgets, ensuring expenditure remains within agreed limits.Identify opportunities fo
