Capital Works Project Manager, HealthcareWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major multifaceted capital works programme across several hospital sites in London. This role will oversee over 9.5 million of essential infrastructure upgrades, including a significant 6 million LED and emergency lighting replacement scheme set to run over the next two years. Beyond this, a strong pipeline of infrastructure and lifecycle projects will provide continued opportunities for impactful work and professional development. The successful candidate will be at the heart of project delivery - ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to hospital operations.
