Salary:- to -65k + package
Based: -Berkshire (RG7)

About the Company:
Highly regarded and respected specialist civils contractor seeks a Quantity Surveyor for a large, prestigious contract. -The Company turnover is in the region of -250m per annum, with civils making up -100m, but with plans for major growth in the coming years. -Project values range up to -50m, and they will operate as both a Tier 1 and 2.

About the Role:
The Quantity Surveyor will assistant the Project Commercial Manager on 2 schemes, valued together at -48m.- both schemes form part of a wider, major project and growth spend on a scheme that has several years longevity in it.- The specific works itself will involve RC, structures and general civils. -The project has recently commenced, so the Quantity Surveyor position is required to be filled as soon as possible.

About You:

• NEC experience
• Able to take a package of work from inception through to completion
• Good client interfacing skills
• Ideally degree qualified
• Able to spot commercial opportunity in a contract
• Enjoy working within a dynamic environment
• Be able to work well within a team that includes delivery and design teams
