This is a hands-on role, requiring regular site visits, close collaboration with project teams, and ensuring all activities meet legal and company safety standards.As Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for:Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Health and Safety policies and procedures across multiple sites.Carrying out regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).Ensuring adherence to NEBOSH, CPP, and other relevant safety standards.Providing advice and guidance to site managers, supervisors, and operatives.Monitoring and reporting on safety performance, incidents, and near misses.Supporting project teams in delivering safe and compliant works on projects ranging from 50k - 2M.The Ideal Candidate The successful Health and Safety Manag
