About the Role
As a Design Manager, you will play a key role in driving quality outcomes, ensuring buildability, and supporting innovation across projects. You will work closely with technical experts, industry specialists, and project stakeholders to make sure designs meet the brief, achieve compliance, and remain commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage realistic design programmes and information schedules to support procurement and construction activities.

• Review and verify design information to ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and buildability standards.

• Identify and mitigate risks, while maximising opportunities throughout the design and delivery process.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation across projects.
