Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior S/4HANA CO Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Controlling (CO) modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA CO modules, specifically CO-CCA, CO-PCA, and CO-PA.

Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.

Develop detailed project plans, cost estimations, and commercial offers for global customers.

Engage with clients to present tailored solutions, address concerns, and demonstrate the value proposition of SAP S/4HANA.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and consultants, to develop comprehensive proposals.

Identify and manage potential risks associated with transformation deals and conduct competitive analysis.

Maintain deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies, continuously improving solutioning capabilities.

Mentor and develop a team of architects and subject matter experts, driving capability enhancement and improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Finance and Accounting

8+ years of work experience in consulting or within the IT department of an SAP customer, delivering implementation and support services.

Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI and SAP CO configuration.

In-depth understanding of financial business or controlling processes.

Experience in the integration with other SAP modules.

Proven ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.

Experience as a team lead managing consultants into S/4HANA implementation projects.

High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in virtual teams and international environments.

Experience in working with a Financial Services firm (Seed Accounting)
