Key ResponsibilitiesSupport cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.Maintain Windows Server and Linux platforms.Assist with the deployment and support of Microsoft Azure services.Support virtualisation, Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.Monitor infrastructure performance, availability and capacity.Support incident, problem and change management.Assist with backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.Contribute to automation, Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations and continuous improvement.Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
