Job Description:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
• Establish and maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom routines to create a focused and respectful learning environment
• Use a range of formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform next steps
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and emotional development
• Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, school trips, and whole-school initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 5
• Be a reflective, adaptable, and creative practitioner withandnbsp;strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
• Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Be enthusiastic about professional development, team collaboration, and making learning memorable
