Job Title: Project Manager Groundworks Location: Stafford, Staffordshire Rate: Negotiable DOE Outside IR35 Project Manager Groundworks Stafford We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our client, a well-established groundworks subcontractor, on a project in the Stafford area. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the overall delivery of the groundworks package, working closely with the site team, client and wider project stakeholders to ensure the works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. The Role This is a site-based Project Manager position with responsibility for overseeing the groundworks operation from planning through to completion. You will be responsible for managing the site team, monitoring progress, coordinating gangs and subcontractors, overseeing programmes and ensuring works are delivered to the required standards. The role will also involve: Managing the day-to-day delivery of the groundworks package Coordinating site teams and multiple gangs Monitoring programme and progress Managing RAMS and health and safety Liaising with the client and wider project team Ensuring quality and productivity are maintained Managing resources and labour requirements Reporting on project progress Requirements Previous experience as a Project Manager within groundworks/civils Strong groundworks subcontractor background Experience managing commercial groundworks projects Confident managing ..... full job details .....
