The Role: Support the wider Grocery and Wholesale sales team across day-to-day commercial administration.Supporting forecasting, spend tracking, promotional administration, new line forms, SKU changes, and reportingManaging customer communications, including regular reports, category updates, and buyer support packsAttending trade exhibitions and developing confidence in representing the product portfolio to customersGradually gaining exposure to customer meetings, store visits, account accompaniments, and product developmentProviding excellent customer service and building strong customer relationshipsSupporting the wider team when required and taking ownership of agreed tasks and projectsBuild strong customer relationships and provide excellent day-to-day customer service.
