About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and confident Female Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Brighton. You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to adults with autism, ADHD, and complex mental health needs within a structured and supportive home environment. Shifts include long days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. You will support individuals with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, life skills, and community access. A driving licence is desirable. You will use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed approaches to promote independence, reduce anxiety, and manage behaviours safely. Clear record keeping and effective communication with families and professionals is essential.
