We''re on the lookout for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who can bring energy, patience, and compassion to this rewarding role.

This is more than just a classroom position-it''s an opportunity to support students in building independence, confidence, and real-world skills that will serve them well beyond college life.

• Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, tailoring your approach to suit individual learning needs.

• Helping young people develop life skills both in and out of the classroom.

• Encouraging student independence through inclusive and accessible learning activities.

• Supporting emotional, social, and communication development in a nurturing environment.

• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and wider support teams to create consistency and success for each learner.

• Passionate about working with young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), especially in a post-16 environment.

• Experience is helpful but not essential - your attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn matter most.

• Patient, empathetic, and confident in promoting positive behaviour and engagement.

• Strong communicator who thrives as part of a close-knit, supportive team.

• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is great to have, but not required.
