We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join an established and successful specialist supplier based in Halesowen.This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer support and website management. Working closely with the sales team, you will help ensure customer enquiries and orders are dealt with efficiently, customer records are maintained accurately, and sales opportunities are followed up.The role would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload, is confident using IT and has excellent attention to detail, while also being comfortable communicating with customers and supporting the wider sales and marketing function.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and email.Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and invoices.Maintain accurate customer and sales records.Follow up quotations and sales opportunities as required.Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure a high level of customer service.Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.Maintain and update the company website using a CMS, ideally WooCommerce.Upload and update product information, pricing, images and downloadable resources.Ensure website content is accurate, current and consistent with company branding.Add new products and update existing product information as required.Support basic SEO activity, ..... full job details .....
