HR Administrator | Solihull | Temporary role (potential to go permanent) | -35,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a growing organisation on an initial 2-month temporary basis, with strong potential for the role to become permanent.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys working with data, systems, and stakeholders in a commercially focused environment.

The Role

Working within the People & Culture team, you will support the full employee lifecycle while maintaining accurate people data and providing meaningful workforce insights to support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and updating HR systems, including Microsoft Dynamics
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Producing HR reports and analysing workforce data
• Assisting with HR projects and process improvements
• Supporting managers and stakeholders across the business
• Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience within HR administration or people operations
• Strong systems and data management skills
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (essential)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confidence using Excel and HR systems
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach

This role would suit someone looking to gain broader exposure within a fast-paced People & Culture environment, with the opportunity to develop longer-term within the business. Ideally you will be degree educated and have a proven track record as a HR Assistant/HR Administrator/HR Coordinator within a rapidly growing business.
