Respond to inbound queries with technical knowledge and advice Receive and respond to complaints in a timely and effective manner Manage orders and provide relevant communication to customers Assess and manage any service escalations as required Liase with other teams and location across the company Looking after order values ranging between £5-£4,000,000 The ideal applicant will be a Customer Service Manager Fastenings with: Must have experience 2+ years within B2C customer service role Ideally have experience worked in related construction background such as fastenings, fixings, hand tools, site equipment and PPE.
